Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations are processed according to the published policy and the type of transaction. Since the service provided is Instant Digital Content, the refund policy is subject to the following regulations:
Eligibility: The user is entitled to request a refund only in the event of a documented technical issue from our side that prevented the user from utilizing the paid service.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Cases: No refund will be issued if the user has already benefited from the service, submitted inquiries, and received answers. Similarly, refunds are not granted based on personal dissatisfaction with the "nature of the advice," provided the service is functioning correctly from a technical standpoint.
Refund Mechanism: Upon approval, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
